In any real estate transaction the ONLY thing you have to fear is picking the wrong agent to represent you. Your agent should LISTEN to your needs, DIRECT you to the professionals who will resolve every buying or selling issue quickly and effectively, and help you NEGOTIATE the best deal possible. My goal is to HELP YOU make the right choices.
CRS stands for Council of Residential Specialists.
It is the highest honor bestowed on brokers by The National Association of Realtors (NAR). Less than 1% of real estate agents nationally are members. It basically signifies that I have closed enough transactions and passed enough tests to earn the right to place "CRS" after my name. My other accredited designations, also endorsed by the NAR include ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) and ePro (e-Professional). As a whole, they help to assure my clients (especially buyers, sellers and seniors) that they will benefit from my extra measure of expertise.
Technology offers benefits agents and savvy clients cannot afford to ignore. Besides using Matrix, Trend Graphics, Facebook, Linked In, Zillow, Publisher and Adobe Photoshop to stay organized, create better marketing campaigns and generate more traffic to my listings, I also manage two websites. In other words, I use technology to help my clients close better deals. But if you're really not interested in getting too involved with the tech stuff, not to worry. I'll do the work and you can just enjoy the benefits.
If you like the look and feel of a small town, you'll love Edmonds. I love dining and shopping in Edmonds and supporting the owner operated retail stores and restaurants that our line downtown streets. I support The Edmonds Center for the Arts and serve on the Board of Directors for The Rotary Club of Edmonds. So if you are interested in becoming more involved in community activities, I would love to introduce you to some of the wonderful folks who help make Edmonds a special kind of place.
