In any real estate transaction the ONLY thing you have to fear is picking the wrong agent to represent you. Your agent should LISTEN to your needs, POINT you to the professionals who will resolve every buying or selling issue quickly and effectively, and help you NEGOTIATE the best deal possible. My goal is to HELP YOU make the right choices.
CRS stands for Council of Residential Specialists.
It is the highest honor bestowed on brokers by The National Association of Realtors (NAR). Less than 1% of real estate agents nationally are members. It basically signifies that I have closed enough transactions and passed enough tests to earn the right to place "CRS" after my name. My other accredited designations, also endorsed by the NAR include ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) and ePro (e-Professional). As a whole, they help to assure my clients (especially buyers, sellers and seniors) that they will benefit from my extra measure of expertise.
Technology offers benefits savvy Brokers cannot afford to ignore. Besides using Matrix, Outlook, Excel, Transaction Desk, Trend Graphics, Publisher and Adobe Photoshop to stay organized, create marketing campaigns I use LISTING MAGIC to insure that my listings enjoy the very best web exposure possible. If you're really not interested in getting too involved with the tech stuff, not to worry. I'll do the work and you can just enjoy the benefits.
If you like the look and feel of a small town, you'll love Edmonds. I love dining and shopping in Edmonds and supporting the owner operated retail stores and restaurants that line our downtown streets. I support The Edmonds Center for the Arts, the Waterfront Center and serve as Past President of The Rotary Club of Edmonds. So if you are interested in becoming more involved in community activities, I would love to introduce you to some of the wonderful folks who help make Edmonds a special kind of place.
